Racine's is great! I went there after hearing about it from friends and reading the reviews. Now I feel like I want to go there for lunch every day! The patio is great, and they have umbrellas so it doesn't get too hot. The service is fast and friendly, and not overbearing. They have excellent coffee. The food is terrific. Great selection of sandwiches and burgers, as well as breakfast stuff. They have a limited "late breakfast" on the menu during the lunch hour also, and their sunday brunch features breakfast and lunch food. Highly recommend the bagel and lox platter (excellent) and the gouda/turkey croissant with cranberry sauce (not soggy and very fresh). They have a large parking garage with free parking - very convenient! Will definitely be back over and over.
