My biggest problem with this salon is that they do not have a receptionist. This makes it extremely difficult to make an appointment, especially if you need one last minute. I have been going to this salon for only a short while after my last stylist left. I was pleased by my color and cut with Dana, however, the last time that I tried to make an appointment with her, she failed to return my call (and I still have not heard from her!). I would think most stylists (who are trying to build up their customer base) would want to keep in touch with clients that really enjoyed their services. Unfortunately because I never heard back, and cannot get in touch with any of the stylists, I am not going to be able to support this salon anymore. Good luck to those trying to get an appointment.
Pros: The staff is good at what they do!
Cons: The staff does not seem to care about their clients. (I hate this!)
