I took my daughter to this location and was VERY disappointed! I brought pictures for the stylist and even told her what NOT to do and the style came out horrible! She did what I asked her specifically NOT to do and I had to have the cut corrected! When we had the cut corrected at another of their locations (which I only did because I felt they should make amends) it was obvious to the people who worked there how bad the work was even before we opened our mouths to say why we were there! The stylist who corrected the cut saw immediately how bad it was and though she tried her best to work with the mess she was given it still doesn't look right, not her fault at all, but a sad situation. She said we would have to grow the bad cut out before it would really look right. I wouldn't ever go back to another Mark Pardo after the work they did on my daughter at this Salon and the one in the Cottonwood mall. I had to have her haircut corrected after a bad cut there too! I figured the new location would be different, but no such luck. Bad haircuts are hard to grow out and what is even more sad is that her hair was being cut for a special occasion. She now has to go to that special occasion with a horrible cut, grow it out, and we have to style it in a special way daily to compensate for a bad haircut!
