All the cook did for show was the onion thing (volcano and train). Nothing that great unless you call cutting up the vegetables etc as a great show. We got great service on the drinks for the most part. I thought that it would much better since the reviews were so great. I did like the noodles. I didn't like the cook giving you the ginger sauce without asking. This leaves me with one white sauce which was not as good as other Japenese restaurant in Greensboro. The vegetables and rice were okay but I didn't have enough white sauce since I had the unrequested ginger sauceI had to wait to get his attention for more white sauce. The shrimp and chicken werer terrible. They were both tough and didn't have a good taste. You couldn't cut either with the fork so you had to pick it up on your fork and try to bite pieces off. There is no way I would good back. You couldn't pay me to eat there. I couldn't believe it when people in our group clapped after that mess. I am sitting there thinking "are they nuts?"
