I went to Robert at Images with a horrible haircut I had gotten elsewhere. I was nearly in tears. As soon as I walked in the staff turned their attention to me while I explained what had happened. They were all so kind and sympathetic. Robert immediately started looking me over and explaining what he'd have to do to fix it. He was meticulous and I knew I was in good hands. You can't even tell that someone butchered by hair. It's the cut I would have wanted in the first place. Thanks again to you Robert ! You are great....you made my life easier to deal with!
