I faxed in a letter for them to end my contract in June '07. I checked my bank account Aug '07 and saw a draft for July '07. I called and reported it to them and they admitted to receiving my cancellation notice. I was told that they would look into it. A month later I called again since they didn't call me. I was then told that the account being audited, along with many others. I waited even longer. When I called again, still, my file is still being reviewed. A few months after that, the person that I had been speaking to no longer worked there. I had to try to explain everything all over but was cut off before being able to finish. They had the nerve to send me a bill today for over $200 for something that they already knew to stop doing! The customer service is really horrible. I tried to find a physical address since the phone calls are not working but only found a P.O. Box address. Looks like I'm going to have to take this to my lawyer.
