My first visit to Americus Diamond was a very nice experience. Teresa, our diamond sales associate, was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. However, I left that day without making a purchase. My second visit on June 17, 2008, was just as nice as the first, and what made it even better was that Teresa was still here and she not only remembered me, but knew what I was looking for. Yet again, Teresa was extremely helpful and patient with me as I struggled to find the diamond and setting. Teresa even played the part of ""hand model"" in my struggles. All in all, I have had only the best experiences with Americus Diamond and the staff. I will definitely be a return customer and refer friends and family to Americus Diamond. Thank you!
