I left my boat on their service department to work on some items who were under warranty, Didn't hear from them atall for 3 weeks, finally decided to call them and see what's going on about my boat, they couldn't find my boat and not even paper that shows my boat is there. they told me that they are going to call me in 20 minutes, finally i called them after 3 days and ask to talk to their manager, he told me some parts are on order and your boat will be ready in 4 days, and it took them 26 more days until i went there and waited for 7 hours and pushed them to fix my boat.
