Anyone that goes to another salon is out of thier mind. No touches my hair but Gillen. If she is gone I ask to refer me to someone. They all have always above and beyond to take care of you. The color they use is wonderful it stays longer thn other brands and it makk my thick hair feel like silk. Please please try the Upper Hand you will fll in love with the staff
