American Century Casualty Insurance is very good -- at collecting premiums. That's about it. When it comes to filing a claim -- either against the insurance company or by the company's own insurers -- they deny coverage and make it very difficult to collect. They are a joke of an insurance company and don't even have a website!! They insurer people who are high risk, and then question the driving record of the people they insure if they get in an accident. They are just about the premiums and money and have not intention of assisting their insureds with a claim. In fact, they will do everything they can to deny coverage.
