I got married in January 08. I purchased my gown, shoes, veil, invitations, and mother's gown. Worst mistake ever! The first time that I went there the staff was awesome. Then I went back for a fitting. The staff was horrible. They helped me get into the dress then after my fitting they sent me downstairs and no one was around to help me get out of my dress, that a woman and her daugther that was trying on a dress helped me out of my dress. When I went back to pick up my dress for the my wedding. It was not even steamed. I had to wait for over an hour to get it. It was such a terrible experience. It just made me so mad to think of all the money that I spent there and they were just RUDE! Please consider when going there that they will be nice at first but when they have your money it will not be a great expereince.
