I'm not surprised to find the reviews are about the rude billing people. Most people these days expect to have problems with your Insurance Company when filing claims. I was left a message by a billing person, from Inglewood Family Health, that I was asking them to commit fraud by filing my insurance claim properly. Four different people at my insurance company told me the doctor's office was filing the claim wrong. One of those people, from the insurance company, called the doctors office and left a message. The doctor's office never responded back. I've spent a whole week with this matter. People need to be responsible for their professionalism. If we all move on with our busy life's and not take time to correct the wrongs I guess we get what we get. \r

By the way, I am a medical professional. I know what clinical history means and this is what the insurance company is needing for a claim. I deal with this all the time in my work. A diagnoses is something that is proven.
