If you consider yourself a foodie, steer clear of this place. It had been recommended by several of my wifes associates....who we won't be taking restaurant advice from any longer. The staff was unprofessional -- after we waited for 20 minutes past when our reservation was for the maitre-de tried to seat us but the table wasn't cleared or made yet. The waitress was clueless about food -- my wife asked if the caesar dressing was more towards the parmesan side or mayonnaise side, they answerer parmesan and guess what, it was one of the worst caesar dressings we've tasted, way too much egg/mayo flavor, not enough parmesan. My wife got the crab cakes which tasted like they were filled with tartar sauce. The wine list was large but had a lot of very average bottles that were overpriced. We should have known we might be in trouble for the night when they handed us the vibrating beeper to be seated. Both my wife and I felt sick after the meal. We regularly dine out in Chicago, 2 - 3 nights a week, and this was the worst meal we've ever had that we paid more than $100 for. Foodies stay away.\r

And one more thing I just noticed -- why does Citysearch give it Five Stars, when I just thoroughly looked through the reviews I saw a few with 1 and 2 stars (which I wish I'd read yesterday), how does this translate into Five Stars at the top? I didn't actually read all the reviews the first time as I read the first 2 glowing reviews and assumed all had given 5 stars, as the overall listing had given. Shady move Citysearch.
