I think this might have been the first time ever that a hairdresser actually listened to what I wanted and delivered it! The salon is casual and comforting- no one staring at you to make sure you are being cool. Lainie is a star at color- she helped me choose colors that would grow out nicely, and enhance my eyes! I have gotten so many compliments from friends and co workers that I know I have earned my free haircut! (she has a great referral program going too!) I am not sure what that last reviewer was going on about- if it wasn't for those fabulous texture scissors my hair would not possibly do what I want it to do! Lainie also explained everything she was doing to me throughout the service- and I felt absolutely confident with her skills. I would say that she does real hair- hair that doesn't have to be ""fixed"". Low Maintenance Hair. Her salon is very clean and AMAZING! I love the vintage decor, and her dog Stella is the cutest thing I have ever seen! Add me to the long list of fans!

Cons: had to wait two weeks for my appointment- but was worth it!
