Problem with Studio Z is that I visited the salon *several* times over the course of a year--but yet, they still could not seem to remember my name, my color, or the fact that I'm a phenomenal tipper. I tip the woman who washes my hair, the woman who cuts my hair & the colorist! What more could a repeat customer do, to get noteworthy service, right?
Pros: If You've Got $$$, and a Mind for Cookie-Cutter Treatment
Cons: No Personalized Service/Rude/Pushy, Pushy, Pushy!
