He is very personable and friendly man who helps other seek physical conditioning along with a less stressful, more balanced life. Mr. Henrich is wonderful with childern, teaching them the values and manners he instilled in his sons. His prices are very affordable and teaches classes 6 days a week and offers cardio kick for those seeking to shape up.
