Because of the excellent training I've received from Mr. Henrich (just finished my first year in TKD) I feel that I am able to better protect myself both mentally and physically in todays world. I've also taken several Women's Self Defense classes at Henrich's TKD to add additional training and I highly recommend that to all women. There are so many reasons that I recommend Henrich's TKD, First and foremost Mr. Henrich for his dedication to his students and his personal dedication to TKD. Henrich's TKD has great training hours both days and nights, great challenges for yourself mentally & physically, wonderful students who are welcoming and friendly...we are more like a family because we really care about one another and I think that makes us unique. Trust me when I say...if you visit Henrich's Tae Kwon Do, you will have found your home for TKD training. I have been under instruction from Master Paul Henrich for 2yrs now. A year with his Cardio Kickboxing program, & a year of TaeKwonDo. I cannot believe the things I have accomplished as a martial artist that I don't believe I would have achieved without Mr. Henrich.
