Since we have not been to T Cooks in several years, thought we'd give it a try for a holiday dinner. We were all disappointed there were only a few poinsettas for decorations. Dinner was so, so. The paella was not memorable in a good way. The short ribs were ordinary, unlike Tarbells and Vincents. The risotto was undercooked. Deserts, though, were outstanding.
