After an exhaustive search at all the usual haunts, we decided to drive the extra miles to visit Bourne. From the first phone call to the last visit, we were extremely pleased! We had been beaten down and manipulated by the other dealers, and so expected more of the same. Not so. Not by a long shot. Mike Kelley couldn't have been more easy-going and accommodating. And the deal we got was far under the deals we negotiated elsewhere. The service we received exceeded anything I would have ever expected from a used-car dealer, from any dealer for that matter. My car is beautiful and was serviced to make it feel nothing short of brand new to me. Thank you, Bourne! We'll be back, and so will our friends!
