This office's unprofessional practices have cost them the business of my family. I've only been there a few times, but out of the three times the office staff did not confirm two of my appointments. The second time they moved my appointment up and did not tell me, and then had the nerve to assume I was the one in the wrong when I had a dentist appointment card to prove it. Also, if they had confirmed with me maybe this mess could have been avoided, but I suspect that they are desperate for business and thought they'd pull one over on me by squeezing someone else in at my scheduled time. My time is valuable and I think it is very rude to assume otherwise.
