My wife and I have dined in the finest places in Europe, Asia and the States, and have rarely ever visited as authentic a place as Emerald Restaurant. It truly and legitimately transports you to Ireland. From the room temperature Irish stout to the wait staff who include the founders' adult children, everything exudes Ireland. The lace curtains, china, and overall ambiance is overwhelmingly endearing. The food - superb! Definitely get the onion soup (I forget the actual name). It is expensive. But, you'll spend at least two hours being fed, entertained, and enchanted. Very, very romantic.
