Seated in a back room, which was okay because we were with children. The waitress ignored us. Never asked us how the food was, disappearing for extended periods of time which was frustrating because we were not in a position to catch her eye. Dinner overall took close to two hours with no dessert or coffee. We had a discrepancy over the amount of a gift card and the previously suave maitre d became aggressive bordering on abusive. He was accusatory, defensive, condescending and dismissive and then the waitress followed suit. I was shocked and will not return.
