There are some serious dishonest ppl and irresponsible mgmt working in this place! My husband and I came here for a family gathering. We hung our camera on the chair and left it behind. I called back within two days after I knew FOR SURE it was left here. Between my husband and I, we made numerous calls trying to speak to the dining room managers. The person answered the phone always took down our number and promised that one of the managers would get back to me the very next day, whether found the camera or not. and guess what? We NEVER heard from them...! We lost our camera once before at Marquee, the night club, and it was turned in before I called their lost-and-found, and we got it back within a week!
Pros: relax atmosphere
Cons: customer service doesn't exist in this place!
