I think so... bad service.. questionable quality.. high prices (which they blame on ""oil prices"".. however.. other restaurants seem to make it by just fine without raising the price of everything by a dollar or two) and management that obviously cares nothing about the customer. The food has seemingly become more and more bland with every visit, and it's apparent the employees are under-supported and overly worked. I feel sorry for them. With those ridiculous prices, I hope they're paid well.
Pros: At least the bread is fresh.
Cons: Everything else. Just try the coffee.. you'll see.
