The website say they do vegan cakes.
What this means is just a "white" (actually yellow) cake layer. The "vegan" frosting is Crisco vegetable shortening mixed with powdered sugar and is VILE and oily tasting. I could still taste it the next day! All the fondant cakes on the website are NOT vegan.
The bakery is *not* willing to adapt private recipes to make any different flavor vegan cakes, fillings or frostings.
I will pass on using them for any special occasion.

Cons: been around for a long time - if you are vegan, avoid this bakery
