I took a replacement fly reel I had purchased from Cabela's to have the line taken off and put on a new spool. The man behinde the counter (presumably the owner) told me he would do it for a fee, which I expected--no problems. He was going to do it right away, but I had to get back to my office and asked for a receipt for leaving my reels (common practice at all tackle stores I have ever been in). He then handed me back my reels and told me he was not going to do it; I assume because he was offended I asked for a receipt. I will definitely never set foot in this shop again.
