They removed my previously unblemished dash for repairing the a/c... and then cracked it in many places, including one that literaly split it in half. Their claim was that it was already cracked and accused me (the customer) of lying about it's prior condition and then refused to replace it. After MUCH back-n-forth they agreed to replace it... but I still had to pay for the replacement dash. My advice: TAKE PICTURES BEFORE THEY WORK ON IT, or better yet, don't take your business there!!!!!
Pros: They fixed the a/c well
Cons: They cracked the dash... and then blamed me!
