I've been living here for about 4 years. The grounds are very dirty people hang in the hallways all hours of the night smoking and drinking the hallways are very dirty you wouldn't want anyone coming to your house. your neighbors, leave trash, and hang their clothes through out the building. You'll find bags of trash laying outside of your building. The building will gross you out. DON'T DO IT TRUST ME ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.
Pros: Modern on the inside.
Cons: DIRTY, RODENTS, POOR MANAGEMENT
