I have searched for a long time to find someone who can cut my hair well, and I found it at Avanti. However, I find the other staff kind of snobby and rude. The receptionist never makes me feel welcome, and the other stylists make me feel like I am in their way all the time. Other than that, Avanti is a good place - reasonable prices and convenient to get to, plus a very talented stylist whom I have been going to for about a year now.
