The restaurant is beautiful, i visit this Cheesecake factory about twice a month. It's a great spot to take guests, or people visiting from out of town. The adjacent marina always makes for a great ambiance. I do have to admit that the management is starting to slack at the restaurant. The waiters are great but they simply get way too many tables, which makes it difficult for them to give you individualized attention while dining. The hosts are also a little rude, but again the management makes them deal with so much that who can blame them? The food is always at least ok, i get the bangbang chicken and shrimp or the Jamaican black pepper shrimp- both super awesome. I would recommend this restaurant and say take it easy on the waiters, it's really not their fault.
