I have to give this place credit for their guacamole and selection of salsas?quite nice, really. However, I was sorely disappointed in my dinner selection. I chose the Caesar salad with calamari and ended up sending it back because the salt was so intense I could barely bite into it without almost gagging. The wait staff was nice enough to try to fix the problem, but the second salad came back with almost the same results. My friend tried the mole, but usually the meat isn?t just sitting on top of the sauce. I can appreciate trying to be inventive in the kitchen, but here it?s just not working. It?s completely overpriced also. I would much rather spend my money at Nuestra Cocina where I know the food will be delicious and appropriately priced.
Pros: Kind wait staff, good guacamole
Cons: Overpriced, not authentic Mexican
