Rude and a total lack of respect by heavy set employee a complete show off, beware 7/28/2007

I have never been treated with as much disrespect as i found at savarino bro. I went to buy top soil and inquired about the rain and quality of topsoil , they had there top soil in the middle of a muddy field ,Six people were working and no one knew if they should sell topsoil. The cashier took my thirty dollars and we waited by the truck , a man told us it was to wet and if we needed top soil we would need to up grade ,so i wen't back to counter and imediately paid more and explained to the cashier ""it was to wet"" and possible soil was to clumpy etc,Basically telling them what the man loading told me , being totaly in the blind as what was wrong i paid more, A very heavy set woman made a comment that i was making smartass comment about the dirt ,and no matter what the better dirt was more and that was not what i was saying ,i had already paid for an up grade, when the heavy woman started her show off side ,when it was the other way, i imediately informed her i will not buy anything from them treating me so poorly. I told her i would report them to the bureau and basicly she insisited she would treat people like trash if she wishes aqnd that she did not care,so i left and mentioned to her a bad report is coming, I drove to turf scape, where they treated me excellent, (savarino bro. )""She was very rude"" and had no ideal if any dirt should be sold she had to make phone calls to find out if dirt was ok and it was not and she became hostile, so i recomend that if you are not working with the owner , do not deal with a heavy looking woman, she is very incosiderate, she charged the counter like enough argueing would never be enough for her. same top soil savarino bro. have can be picked up at three locations of sagamore soils for $15 dollars a yard .mulch can be purchased at greenline landscape for $16.50 a yard , i did not complain to savarino bro. about any price ,but i am telling you know ,for the trouble, you should shop around, Pros: they are more than sagamore soils and greenline landscape on all products Cons: They are very rude when owner is not around and are not expierenced, try turfscape instead more
