I arrived on a Saturday night, 6:30 pm. The place was about empty, maybe 10 customers in the place and my friends and I waited 10 minutes to be seated. I ordered the sampler plate; the pork and beef were dry, very dry, to dry to eat in fact. The sausage was ?crunchy? way too dry. It was as if all the food had been left in the pit way too long and dried out.
Pros: Beef ribs, BBQ spaghetti & coleslaw were ok
Cons: Meat was left in the pit way too long, dry and way too chewy and sausage should never be crunchy
