Being from Mumbai, this is true bbq at its finest. Reminds me of the samosa stands on Still Ghandi Road. So delicious. The pork ribs are to die for, and the moist brisket, a bit fatty, but yummy. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone, whether they from India or not. Hill Country is great.
