THANKS FOR RUINING MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY 7/26/2007

Horrible, horrible service! My mom has never been to a spa before so for her 50th birthday I decided to book her a half day package at a local day spa. Infiniti didn't seem too far away and though prices were steep, I decided hey why not. I called up and booked a reservation about 4-5 days in advance and even paid the amount in full with a 15% tip on my credit card so my mom wouldn't have to pay for anything. They were extremely impatient on the phone but I paid no mind and figured they were busy. Well, the day of the reservation came and they called only 2 hours prior to the appointment to let my mom know that they'd have to reschedule her last minute because one of the technicians was out. When my mom asked when was the earliest they could book her, they said it would be at least another 2-3 weeks. My mom said she would call back and let them know when she would be able to make an appointment as her schedule is extremely hectic. Well we've been calling back for the past few days now, leaving messages and we still haven't heard back. Great way to ruin a birthday but guess what, they already charged the card for the service and tip. Thanks a bunch Infiniti, no really, thanks. Cons: Everything more
