So, last Thursday the Doctor was called away and I got cancelled. This Thursday the Doctor did not make it in and I got cancelled. The very nice sounding voice at See informed that the Doctor would be booked solid the next two days and I would have to wait till next Thursday for an appointment. As I have been having a significent problem with my eyes I don't think I want to take the chance on getting cancelled next Thursday. \r

I know the nice sounding voice on the phone at See could see my file. It did not seem to matter to her that I have had five examinations and purchased eight frames from them. I wonder how good a customer you would have to be at SEE to actually be able to see their Doctor. And by the way, when I suggested that their inferior customer service was going to cause me to seek an alternative Optical shop. The very nice sounding female voice (5/10/07) made it clear that she really did not care. It seemed to me that she REALLY wanted me to understand that she did not care if I took my business elswhere. So needless to say I will. \r

There are many choices in our city. I would suggest you avoid this place and their laughable service at all costs.
