I was looking to buy some natural stone and was confronted by a lady named Patti. I told her specifically what I was looking for and without her help, I found it there. I wanted to purchase the tile but not without her telling me what I should do with it. She was trying very hard to sell me a design that I clearly didn't want and thought it was really a poor design anyway and wouldn't put it in my dogs house. She was actually very rude to me after that and when I did need help, she pretty much shunned me and I in turn went somewhere else and even got a better deal and much better customer service. The selection they had was great and I would have purchased the stone from them but since they employ such horrible people, they just lost a good sale.
