Called first and got a live person who could advise me after a few rings (compared to Dell where I waited on hold for 30 minutes). Brought my notebook in after 1yr-old splashed some lemonade on it. One of the Logic Approach techs had the computer diagnosed and fixed within 48 hours! On top of that I found many deals throughout the store!!
