I am not sure where to begin so I will start with the customer service. The owner is so rude. She always made us feel like we were inconveniencing HER by being there. And she treated the mother of the bride like she had no business being there at all. The bride's dress and many of the bridesmaids' dresses weren't ready until the afternoon before the wedding. And this brings me to the alterations. The bridal party debated whether or not to use Bride's Boutique for alterations or just have everyone alter it on their own. Our decision to use Bride's Boutique for alterations was made after Janet told us it would only be $60 ($30 for a bustle and $30 for the hem). Some bridesmaids wound up paying 90% of the cost of the dress JUST for the alterations!!!! It's like buying a whole other dress for what the alterations were! When asked about it, Janet said we ""misunderstood"" her on the alterations cost. I don't know how 4 people all ""misunderstood"" the same thing. We didn't have a leg to stand on with only a few hours left until the wedding so everyone just paid the outrageous amount to get the dresses. So to sum up the experience, the bride felt so bad about the mess that she was in tears a few hours before what should have been one of the happiest days of her life. We have Bride's Boutique to thank for tainting what should have been a wonderful experience. PLEASE, if you want to have a good experience? PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.
