Very poor customer service. 2/14/2007

We bought a carpet from a salesman and this was OK. Delivery service was terrible. Delivery was scheduled on three different occasions, the first being 2/3/2007. Each time, CMOA stated ""The carpet is not in, we have to reschedule."" The first time, CMOA left a message on our answering maching that we did not get (our fault) but CMOA did not followup. On the second and third attempts, CMOA did not contact us; we had to contact them. Telephone calls were not returned. After three failed attempts, we cancelled the order and requested immediate credit of our deposit. We were told on 2/7/2007 that they would immediately credit our credit card. On 2/14/2007 we were told that the credit card had been credited, but not until 2/13/2007, but as of late afternoon 2/14/2007 our credit card still had not been credited. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH CMOA. From our perspective, these people have no credibility. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience. more
