Poor service, rude management - completely ruined my shoes and did nothing to rectify the situation. I was basically told by the owner that he did not do anything wrong and he did not owe me anything. Save your money and go elsewhere!
Cons: Rude owner, services take much longer than quoted, shoddy repair services
