This is very interesting, I was just about to call for an appointment because I've been wearing weaves and braids for the last 2 years and I decided to look at some of the reviews since I've been out of the loop. Sounds like things haven't changed. I use to get my hair done at Nappy or Not just 2 years ago. I would come every other week and get treated as if I were no one. My biggest complaint was the shampoo girls. My hair never felt clean and there were several times that I had to have my stylists (Rhonda) wash my hair after it had supposidly been washed. Ever so often the prices would go up and down, ever so often I would have to wait 30-60 minutes for my stylists to arrive at the shop or even acknowledge that I was there. People didn't greet you when you came in (except for Lori :), don't ask who you here for, just bad customer service all the way around. I can go on and on about different things that they could improve. I really hope that they take these reviews to heart and have some kind of communication and customer service analysts come in and administer some training. They charge enough $ to do your hair, I know they can afford to go to or have a seminar about CUSTOMER SERVICE. BLACK, YOUNG,OLD, Skinny or FAT we still like to be treated right....
Pros: Lori and Rhonda when she on time and feel like doing hair.
Cons: Everybody and Everything else...
