After reading the positive reviews about Garbo's salon, I decided to try it for myself. The staff were friendly, however the service I received was sub-standard at best. My hair falls to the middle of my back so of course I have to pay extra; which is standard for any salon I go to. I don't mind paying as long as I get good service. My stylist, Steve, left some of my hair damp(closer to wet really) and pretty much just styled the 'outside' leaving the hair closest to my scalp undone; mind you color+styling for me came up to close to $150. I am not one to fuss; all I do is observe and if I don't like it, I won't be back, simple as that. If this is what Garbo's consider top-notch service I'd take my chances at a generic salon, thank you very much.
