I am a normal, clean, individual who used to work in the professional cleaning industry, I know what cleanliness standards are for moving out. Yet, this company charges you for things that are legally considered ""wear & tear"" by CO tenant law (and send you to collections). They tried to charge me for FULL clean, after I had spent 2 full weeks DETAILING the place. They also continued to charge me for FULL repaint, despite the fact that that is considered normal wear & tear BY LAW, & that there was no damage beyond that (photos to prove it). Of course, move in was easy, but just wait until you try & move out. There's no way you'll get your deposit back. \r

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone who has a problem paying an exorbitant amount of money upon move out. If you do decide to go with them, I wouldn't clean a thing upon move out, because there's no way you'll get your deposit back and walk away w/o an additional cleaning bill, EVEN if you hire PROFESSIONAL cleaners. \r

Renter BEWARE. If you do go with them, do the initial move-in walk through & final move-out walk through w/ a video camera. I'm not exagerating! I hope readers see this & realize that that is the only thing that MIGHT save them when they move out. I have rented from multiple places in multiple states & have NEVER seen anything quite like what they pulled on me.
Pros: Pool, fitness center, club house, movie room, trash pickup
Cons: location, cost, move out procedure & costs (they'll charge you another month's worth of rent in move-out costs)
