We stayed at the IP because of the great location and great price. Overall, I agree with most reviews in that it is tacky and outdated. But I could deal with all of that if the service wasn't so horrible. Upon check in we were told that there weren't any rooms and to return in 3 hours when our room would be ready. When we went back we were told that it still wasn't clean and they had 'no idea' when it would be ready. I would not recommend booking this hotel unless you are going to arrive after 6 pm. They told us that the 3pm check in is just an estimate and that they don't have to provide a room at 3 pm. Unfortunately that's not what you want to hear when you're standing in their lobby after a long flight, carrying your luggage.
