My wife and I hired Gourmet Gal to cater our wedding in Manhattan, NYC in the fall of 2006. To say we were satisfied is an understatement. Gourmet Gal worked with us constantly as our budget shifted. She presented us with fantastic food that we still recieve compliments on, she was present throughout the event and her staff was terrific, well dressed, friendly and second to none in professionalism. We had specific contributions from family regarding how the event would occur and Gourmet Gal was flexible and helpful every step of the way. When we needed to reach her she was avaiable. In a word, she was, fantastic. We highly recomend Gourmet Gal.
