If you're expecting the same quality of food or the same service as the Hollywood Blvd. location, you can forget it. The wait was ridiculously long. Then you finally get in and the wait staff was rude and hard to get a hold of for drinks or ever just to take an order. Then there was the food. It was AWFUL! I expected the food to be somewhat like the other locations but it was not. The food was cold, tasted terrible and when I asked why they told us that we didn't have to come back. They further explained that they were NOT owned by the same people who owned the Hollywood Blvd. location. Trust me and stay away from this place. I've never even bothered to write a review of a restaurant before but I just had to try to steer people away from horrible place.
Pros: Nice if you like the noise of the Promenade, which I do.
