I don't know what Kayla is talking about, I have lived in the area for 30 years, way before they opened, (I think they opened 13 years ago) I have only used them, and will only use them. Their workers are very knowledgeable and can handle any size job and quickly too, most of the bigger copy shops tell you to come back tomorrow and then mess up your work!!!! Not Global Copy, they are also very personable, and treat all the customers like they are family. As for the internet service, I use them when Im having problems with mine at home (which happens more often then not) and they are very fast, only once did I come in and the service was slow, and was explained by the workers, that Time Warner (their internet provider) was down. I have to agree, that sometimes it does take them a minute or two to help me, if needed, when Im at the computer, but only because they are helping customers at the copy counter. And the price at 20 cents is very reasonable for the Upper West Side.Anyone who is
