Since moving to New York I have had the hardest time finding the right place to get my hair cut. Finally, I have found the spot, no waiting in lines or being ignored. The customer service was great at Wayne Thomas. I was made to feel welcome and at home, not like another time slot taken. Felix did a great job on my cut, he was able to understand what look I was going for. He also was great at not forgetting any little detail. Will definitely return.
