Argentinian/French food to die for. The empanadas and sweet corn soup were lovely, and every main dish we tried was fabulous. The place is extremely quiet--everyone speaks in low voices, and there's no music in the background. However, the place is perfect for a relaxed evening of conversation and exceptional food. The restaurant is in the Hotel Rex, which is an amazing hotel. I highly recommend Cafe Andree and Hotel Rex.
